FCI Support Center

The FCI Support Center is a Remote Site Support (RSS) level 3R2-compatible server that can be accessed via the Internet. Connecting to RSS is the quickest and easiest way to access Program Correction Reports (PCRs), Notes of Interest (NOIs), and the lastest Product Releases for STAR, OTS, AccommoDate, IDS-2200 and LIBMGR. Product News, Media Manager EMU notification, and Media Manager Exec PLE update information and CSC EMU notification is also available via RSS. Alternatively, you can receive this information automatically via e-mail.

On-Line Web Support

Logon with your Customer ID and Password, or click Registration Form to sign up.

After logging on to FCI On-Line Web Support, you can select NOIs, PCRs, and EMUs by product and product level. You will also have access to the latest product manuals, or you can use the Search function for finding all available product documents by release level or date range of publication.

On-Line Web Support is available for all FCI customers with a current maintenance agreement for STAR-1100, OTS-1100, AccommoDate, IDS-2200 or LIBMGR.

Emergency Support: 24 hours/7 days. After business hours, leave your name and phone number along with a brief explanation of the problem. A Product Support representative will be paged, and will return your call promptly.
