Business Process View Screen Description
Problem Incident Report      
  view 1 This is PROS main menu. It supports all functions for: Contact Management, Sales and Contract Activity, and Customer Support Service.
  view 2 All PIRs must be associated with a company and contact. Both company and contact must be currently registared with PROS.
  view 3 All PIRs must have a valid Product Code, Feature, Version, and Component. All other fields can be filled in now or updated later.
  view 4 An In-Progress line is displayed at the bottom of the screen to let the user know something is happening.
  view 5 PIR entry is acknowledgement with a reference number displayed at the bottom of the screen.

  view 14 This screen is used to display and edit Action Items. A variety of options are available at the bottom. Function key access to next processing steps provide user friendliness.

  view 17 Provides problem selection criteria for Problem List
  view 18 In-Progress Notification
  view 19 Selected Problem List
  view 20 This screen allows for input and edit capabilities. Contact information is validated and initial status are set. The bottom offers friendly navigation and next processing function keys.
